About the project
Borgo Sacro is a cultural and urban regeneration project funded by PNRR, aimed at enhancing the historical and religious heritage of Santa Lucia del Mela, a medieval village in the Peloritani mountains in the province of Messina. An ambitious initiative that needed a digital presence worthy of the project's scope.
Challenge and solution
Challenge
Telling the story online of a complex project made of history, art, urban regeneration and territorial development, in a clear and accessible way for different audiences, from tourists to institutions.
Solution
We redesigned the website with a narrative architecture that puts the village's heritage at the center, guiding the user to discover the project and territory with a visual experience consistent with the historical richness of the place.
